🚨 Gemini: the price of the "complete" experience

Google added this banner:
"Human reviewers read some discussions to improve the AI. To prevent your future discussions from being read, disable Activity."
🔹 What this means in practice: If you activate the activity, everything you type can be examined by humans to train Gemini.
You retain your conversation history and benefit from personalized suggestions.
🔹 If you disable the activity: No more human review = more privacy.
But you lose the history, personalized suggestions, and model optimization for your needs.
For Google, it's clear: you must hand over your personal data to benefit from a full service. Radical, but consistent with the company's tradition. Gmail, Drive, and so many other services have operated on this exact principle for decades: your content is used to improve and monetize the service.
⚠️ In practice:
Never enter sensitive or confidential information if the activity is enabled. Even if AI is effective, it is not a vault.
