SUCCESS STORY
Domaine Henri de Villamont

Rebuilding an ERP system after a cyberattack

When Henri de Villamont contacted Andiris, the company was just emerging from a major crisis. A massive cyberattack had crippled a large part of its information system. The internal IT department and its partner had worked tirelessly to rebuild the infrastructure, but several weeks of downtime had left deep scars.

The ERP system, the operational core of the business, could not be properly restored. Processes were incomplete, databases inconsistent, and teams no longer knew if the displayed information was reliable. The consequences were visible everywhere: uncertain orders, impossible-to-track inventory, untraceable products, and, most importantly, the inability to submit monthly customs declarations due to a lack of usable data. Trust in the system was shattered.

It was in this context that Andiris was commissioned by Henri de Villamont to rebuild the ERP system in two months, with a mandatory production launch on January 1st. There was no room for error and a particularly tight schedule.

We overhauled the processes, rebuilt the databases, restored operational consistency, and reinstated a clear business logic for all teams. The work was as much about people as it was about technical expertise: we had to restore the reliability of the tool, but also the users' trust.

Over the weeks, Henri de Villamont's teams watched the system take shape, becoming accurate, useful, and predictable once again. Regulatory filings resumed. Order, customer, and inventory flows regained their stability. The company was able to enter the new year with an ERP system that was finally manageable again.

This success would never have been possible without the total commitment of all stakeholders: leadership, management, and field teams. Their determination to rebuild quickly and effectively put the company back on solid footing.

This support perfectly illustrates Andiris' mission: to take control of complex situations, secure systems, restore visibility, and enable Henri de Villamont's management to regain confident leadership. The tool is merely a means to an end; the restored confidence changes everything for the company.
