Modernizing the information system to support growth
Qualidal, a rapidly growing industrial company, engaged Andiris to modernize its information system. After several years in which IT had not kept pace with the company’s growth, inefficiencies had appeared in business processes, limiting team productivity. Andiris conducted a 360° IT audit to identify strengths, weaknesses, and priorities. Based on this analysis, an ambitious and structured roadmap was drafted and approved by management, serving as a guide for the company’s digital transformation. Andiris then oversaw the implementation of this roadmap, coordinating internal teams, service providers, and partners.
Implementation of professional collaboration tools
To professionalize communication, Qualidal deployed Microsoft 365 and installed modern videoconferencing rooms, replacing previous reliance on email and WhatsApp. This setup centralized communications, secured documents, and structured collaboration across teams and sites, while facilitating multi-site and remote meetings. These improvements have strengthened both efficiency and security in internal exchanges.

Across all projects, Andiris has supported Qualidal in rebalancing and renegotiating contracts, as well as in analyzing and benchmarking partners and technical solutions, ensuring investments are secured and costs optimized.
Ongoing and upcoming projects
Digital transformation continues with the rollout of electronic invoicing, the opening of a new office in Lyon, and modernization of the telephony system. These initiatives are part of the overall roadmap and aim to enhance efficiency, security, and future growth.
