CEEVO, the Val d'Oise Territorial Development and Attractiveness Agency, welcomed Vincent Pollet, an accredited expert in digital transformation and head of his company integrated into the national DSIACTIVE network, to Cergy on Monday.
This was an opportunity to present DSIACTIVE, which offers outsourced and part-time IT Director services specifically designed for startups, very small businesses, and SMEs. Their methodology unfolds in three essential phases: a 360° audit of the company's information system; the development of an action plan validated in collaboration with the CEO; and the management of the action plan's implementation to ensure effective modernization and address current challenges.
The opportunity to discuss the company's business development projects in Val-d'Oise reminds us that the objective is to support managers, often isolated and not specialized in IT, in the digital transformation of their company.
The discussions also provided an opportunity to clarify the specific characteristics of the companies that can be supported in this way and to highlight the value of an approach to the economic and technological networks of Val-d'Oise which bring together business leaders.
The meeting finally allowed for a presentation of the economic dynamics of Val-d'Oise, around its industrial sectors and its services to businesses, and the needs of companies in terms of advice and training in the digital field (Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, GDPR...).
